We had a pitching duel until the bottom of the 4th when the Cardinals scored two runs on no hits and two Jaguar errors. In the bottom of the 4th two Jags reached on walks but neither came in to score. In the bottom of the 5th, Andrew Smith hit a double but was left stranded at third base. The Cardinals added another run in their half of the 6th giving them a 3-0 advantage. In the bottom of the 6th Austin Ervin reached on a single and scored on Avery Penrod's single but the inning ended in a double play. In the 7th the first Cardinal batter reached on an infield bunt, but two fly outs to left field and a pretty snag by shortstop Jeb Penrod ended their hopes of adding any more runs. In the bottom of the 7th with the game on the line, Joe Sabatini started the inning off with a single. Andrew Smith followed with his second HOME RUN of the year to tie the score and send the game into extra innings. The Cardinals went ahead by one run in the 8th and then the Jags answered with a run on no hits to keep the score tied. Both teams went 3 up 3 down in the 9th inning. In the top of the 10th a bases loaded single score two runs for the Cards. Jaguar Austin Ervin lead off the bottom of the 10th with a single but couldn't but was left stranded.

The Jags lost 6-4.
