2014 High School Baseball Tryouts - Alternate Date - June 17th Postponed to June 22nd

Due to wet field from rain, today's tryouts are postponed to Saturday, June 22nd.  Tryouts start at 1 p.m.  Be there 30 minutes early for warm-up.

NOAH High School Baseball will be holding an alternative tryout date on Monday, June 17th at 6:30 p.m. at the NOAH practice field.  The practice field is located at 1200 South Olive, Broken Arrow (83rd and 129th East Ave).

For those that were not able to attend last week's tryout, this will be the last tryout for the Spring 2014 season.

Please wear baseball attire and arrive at the field at 6:00 p.m. for warm-ups.

NOAH Baseball will be holding tryouts for the 2013/2014 High School Varsity, JV and Freshman teams on Saturday, June 8th at 1:00 p.m. at the NOAH practice fields on 83rd and 129th east avenue. Eligible players must be homeschool to participate. This an open tryout. Current year players must attend the tryouts. Please wear baseball attire. Be at the field for registration and warm-ups by 12:30 p.m.

HWSA - Jags place 3rd in Div III

HWSA Recap:

Monday Apr 29th:
NOAH Jaguars opened pool play against defending HWSA Champions, Ft. Worth THESA Riders on Monday.  THESA broke the game open with an 8-run 5th inning to cruise to a 12-0 win.

Tuesday Apr 30th:
In the second pool play game, the Jags battled with Spring, TX Mustangs but lost 5-3.  The second loss of pool play dropped the Jags to the Division III brackets.

Wednesday - Off day

Thursday May 2nd:
Jags beat the Waukesha, WI Saints 5-2 in the first round of the Division III brackets behind the pitching of Wes Dominquez and Josh Ferguson.  Austin Dillingham led the offensive attack with 2 hits and 2 RBIs.

Friday May 3rd:
NOAH played the Charlotte, NC Stampede in the semi-finals.  In close game, the Stampede put up 3 runs in the 5th inning to hand the Jags a 6-2 loss. Note:  Charlotte went on to win the Div III Championship.

Saturday May 4th:
NOAH Jaguars faced the 8-time HWSA Champs Atlanta Barons in the 3rd place game.  Jags cruise to a 7-2 win behind the pitching of Brendan Jost, Wes Dominguez and Josh Ferguson.

2013 HWSA Update - Thursday May 2

UPDATE from HWSA in Auburndale, Florida

The NOAH Jaguars lost both pool play games to Ft. Worth Riders 12-0 and Spring, Tx 5-3.  The Jaguars were placed in Division III for bracket play.

The Jags played the Saints fromWaukesha, WI on Thursday in the quarter-finals.  The Jags opened up a 3-0 lead on a 2 RBI double by Austin Dillingham.  Bear Burka and Ben Beaver added RBIs to lead the Jags to a 5-2 win.  Wes Dominguez and Josh Ferguson pitched.

Next up:  Jags play Friday at 9:00 a.m. in the semi-finals vs Charlotte, NC.

The NOAH Jaguars take on defending champion FW Riders on Monday, Apr 29th at 10 a.m. CST. in the first round of pool play of the Homeschool World Series in Auburndale, Florida.

Beggs Tournament -5th Place

March 30, 2013

Varsity Jags beat 3A Okmulgee Bulldogs 15-7 in the Consolation Finals in the Beggs Tournament.  Scott Koszykowski and Braden Heaps each had two hits a piece.  Ben Beaver picked up the win on the mound.

The Jags lost the opening round game to 3A Morris 9-4.  NOAH then beat Tulsa Edison JV 10-0 to get to the consolation finals. 

Morris won the Beggs Classic beating Beggs 8-3 in the finals.  Cushing beat Hilldale 2-1 in the 3rd place game.

Jaguars (4-14) will be riding a 2 game win streak when they go to 6A #7 Sand Springs on Monday at 4:30 p.m. with the JV game afterwards.  Come out to support the Jags!

The high school baseball team will have their home opener at LaFortune Park (58th & Yale) this Friday, March 15th vs Mannford Pirates. All NOAH players and coaches will be admitted to the game free. We are having a coin drop fundraiser so please drop some loose change in the bucket. Also, the high school team will be selling kettle corn to help with fundraising.

Varsity will play first game starting at 4:30 p.m. The JV will play afterwards.

The weather will be in the upper 70s. Wear your Jag colors and come support the diamond Jags!

Elem Baseball Information Meeting - Sat. Jan 5th

Elementary Baseball Information Meeting

Time: 10-11 a.m. (Be there 10 minutes early)

It's that time to think about getting ready for the Spring season. We will have an information meeting on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013 from 10-11 a.m. for homeschool players interested in playing recreational baseball this upcoming Spring. All teams will play at Indian Springs in Broken Arrow. 

Recreational teams will be formed for players 12 and under as of April 30, 2013.  

We will have information on how to sign-up, player fees, uniform fees, practice schedule and fundraising opportunities.  The league games will start April 1st.

In the meantime, get in touch with your friends and encourage them to attend the information meeting to learn more about NOAH baseball.

Elementary Baseball Information Meeting

It's that time to think about getting ready for the Spring season.  We will have an information meeting during early January for homeschool players interested in playing recreational baseball this upcoming Spring.  All teams will play at Indian Springs in Broken Arrow. We will have a date and meeting place announced soon.  In the meantime, get in touch with your friends and encourage them to attend the information meeting to learn more about NOAH baseball.

IPAD Fundraiser - We have a winner!

The high school baseball program held a fundraiser to purchase new uniforms this fall.  The drawing took place on November 8th at the team uniform sizing meeting. All tickets sold were placed in a green tub.  Caleb Roberts, having sold the most tickets, had the honor to draw the winning ticket from the tub.  And the winner of the new generation IPAD is.....Jada Lynn!!

Jada, who just recently turned 11 years old, spent 6 hours outside of Wal-Mart helping her brother Josiah, and teammates Will and Austin sell tickets.  Some patrons just donated money without putting their names on the tickets.  Since Jada was doing a great job of bringing donors to the table, the players put her name on the anonymous donor tickets.  Congratulations!

Overall, the team sold $8,294 dollars worth of tickets.  The funds raised will go towards purchasing new uniforms.  Thank you to everyone that bought tickets or donated to the program.  Your generosity is greatly appreciated!

Baseball Garage Sale - October 27th

The NOAH high school baseball team is hosting a garage sale this Saturday, October 27th.  All proceeds will go towards the baseball program costs such as tournament fees and umpire fees.

Please stop by anytime from 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. to support the Jaguar baseball program.  You might just find that perfect knick-knack, golf club or piece of furniture that you won't find in the big box stores! Everything will be sold...name your price!

Youth Baseball Competitive Tryouts - Oct 13th

Baseball Spring 2013 Competitive Team Tryouts – 11U thru 14U

For all tryouts please arrive 30 minutes early for warm-up. 

All prospects need to pre-register by emailing player's name, date of birth, team previously played on to Darron Replogle at baseball@noahjags.org

All prospects should dress in baseball attire (wear a protective cup) and bring your glove, bat and water bottle. Tryouts will commence on time as indicated below.


All team rosters are open. If you played on a NOAH competitive team last year, you must tryout again this year.
The tryouts will last approximately 2 hours. Depending on the number of prospects, it could be longer.

Tryout Dates:

11U/12U Team - Oct. 13th - 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
Ages 11 or 12 and under as of 4/30/2013

13U/14U Team - Oct. 13th - 11:30- 1:30 p.m.
Ages 13 or 14 and under as of 4/30/2013

2013 League: All competitive and recreational teams will play at Indian Springs (131st and 145th east ave). There are 14-16 regular season games plus 4-5 weekend tournaments. Please note, there will be occasional tournament games played on Sunday at varying times during the day. Please consider this circumstance when you make your decision to try out for a competitive team.

2012 Youth Fall Baseball

We have some interest in forming fall baseball teams.  Fall baseball is very relaxed, minimal practices, no standings, no trophies. Teams will play at Indian Springs. If there's enough players to form teams, we'll put the team(s) in the Broken Arrow Indian Springs league.  For more information, see below.  We'll also need coaches.  If you are interested, please email Darron Replogle at noahbaseballad@gmail.com by August 24th.

Former NOAH Standout signs with Emporia State

Parker McDaniel, 2009 NOAH graduate, has signed a letter of intent to play baseball at Emporia State University located in Emporia, Kansas.  The Hornets program is a member of NCAA Division 2.


Parker has spent the last two years at Kansas City Kansas Community College. The right handed pitcher went 4-3 last season with a 3.74 earned run average and 35 strikeouts.


Parker is the son of Lannie and Sheree McDaniel of Broken Arrow. He has three siblings, Lauren, Sayre and Keaton.

14U Jags place 5th at World Series

The 14U Jaguars competed in the USSSA 14U AA World Series in Broken Arrow, OK during the week of July 7-11. The events started off with the team skills competition on Saturday night.  The Jaguars were well represented.  Team members Pat Castleberry, Cody Dillingham, Evan Jacoby, Austin Lilly, Matt Merrill and Ben Replogle won the Around the Horn competition by completing their throws in 10.07 seconds.  The base relay team of Coleton Davis, Josiah Lynn, Caleb Raper and Logan Stolz finished in 3rd place with a time of 16.5 seconds.  Will Grantham, Brady Heaps and Daniel O'Connor competed in the Player's HR Derby.  Randy Jacoby and Shane Davis competed in the Dad's HR Derby.  Terri Jacoby and Angie Davis competed in the Mom's HR Derby. Broken Arrow Baseball Association did a good job with the events and the catered in Rib Crib BBQ.

The Jags finished their pool play schedule with 2 ties. On Monday, they opened bracket play by beating the Claremore Express 10-7.  Jags lost the second round to the Warner Storm 11-2 which put them into the loser's bracket which meant they had to win six games to get to the finals.  On Tuesday,  Jags beat the OKC Bulldogs 4-3 in 7 innings in the 8 a.m. game.  Then beat the Broken Arrow Pirates 10-2.  Logan Stolz threw a no-hitter as the Jags run-ruled the Claremore Express 15-0 in the third game of the day which set up a show down with the Broken Arrow Venom (Ok State Champ) in the 8 p.m. game.  It was pitcher's duel through five innings as the Venom held onto a 1-0 lead.  Venom added 3 runs in the bottom of the 6th inning to win the game 4-0 eliminating the Jags from the tournament.  The Jags finished the tournament with a 4 wins 2 losses and 2 ties for a 5th place finish.  Overall, we played good baseball.


The 14U team finished the season with 21 wins 20 losses and 4 ties.  Go Jags!

12U Jags take 3rd Place in Oklahoma State Championship

The 12U Jaguars team recently competed in the USSSA 12U Oklahoma State Tournament in Sand Springs, Ok.  The Jaguars entered the 16-team tournament as a 13-seed.  Jags won their first two games before suffering their first loss to the eventual State Champion.  The Jags then had to win four games in the loser's brackets to get to the finals. Jags never quit attitude propelled them to three straight wins before losing in a heart breaker as the opposing team beat the Jags by 1 run in the last inning to reach the finals. Coaches Mark Raper, Brian Kelly, Rod Merrill and Andrew Moss did a great job of coaching the boys and were pleased with the player's resiliency to battle all weekend.  


The team also finished in 2nd place in the Broken Arrow Competitive League. The 12U team finished the season with an overall record of 16 Wins 16 Losses 2 Ties.
