Doubleheader
4A #9 Metro Christian 8 NOAH 2
NOAH started off with one run in the 1st inning after Jeb Penrod reached on a double then scored on Joe Sabatini's triple. In the second inning 2nd baseman Ryan Blake turned a nice double play to end the inning. In the top of the 3rd the Jags added another run. Jeb reached on a single (going 3 for 3 on the day) and scored on Joe Sabatini's RBI single giving the Jags a 2-0 lead over the Patriots. In the bottom of the 3rd the Patriots scored one run but then in the 5th added 6 runs on 7 hits, a walk and an error. The Patriots added another unearned run in the 6th to give them 8 runs over the Jags 2 runs.

Joe Sabatini started for the Jaguars allowing 7 runs (5 earned), 6 hits, 5 walks and 5 strikeouts. Josh Ferguson relieved in the 5th inning allowing one unearned run with one hit and one strikeout.

4A #8 Hilldale 13 NOAH 3
The first inning started off with a bang. Caleb Baca in the lead off spot started with a long double to left field. Jeb Penrod followed with a single and then both scored on John Tyree's 2 rbi double giving the Jags an early lead. Unfortunately the Hornets answered with two runs of their own after a walk, triple and sacrifice fly. Neither team could score in the 2nd. The Jags had bases loaded with 2 hit batsmen and 3 singles and added one run to their score. The Hornets came back strong in the bottom of the third and scored 6 runs on a home run, 2 doubles, a walk, and two errors. The Jaguars loaded the bases again in the 5th but couldn't score any runs. The Hornets added 5 more runs in the 4th with a walk, another home run, a double, and three singles. The game ended with Hilldale on top 13-3.

John Tyree started the game for the Jaguars pitching 3 innings allowing 8 runs (5 earned), 7 hits, 2 walks and 1 strikeout. Wes Shaffer relieved in the 4th inning allowing 5 runs (all earned), 5 hits and one walk.
Final regular season game is Monday, April 19th at Sapulpa at 4:30 Varsity with JV following
