Hot News: Elementary Coordinator

I need a volunteer to be the Elementary Coordinator (K-5th Grade). We need a parent to step into this volunteer position to be NOAH’s representative for CETBO. You will attend CETBO meetings, coordinate team rosters, validate all paperwork received and make sure it’s turned into CETBO. You will assist in signups and assist the elementary coaches from an administrative point of view as a liaison to the AD. Meetings are weekly beginning in February through start of season in late March. I can’t tell you how important it is for someone to accept this role before Jan. 31st. As a sign on bonus, I will waive your son’s elementary player fees.

Hot News: Eligible Players – Only homeschool players will be able to signup on Jan. 31st. Private school players that attend Mingo Valley , St. Augustine or other private schools will need to sign-up through CETBO at Sports Authority across the street of Promenade Mall (41st & Yale). They will be holding sign-ups starting this Saturday, Jan 17th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and continue for the next four Saturdays.

We will wear the same uniform design as last year which was royal blue t-shirt, belt and socks, grey pants, royal blue cap. You are allowed to wear last year’s uniform so long as it still looks good.

There will be opportunity to purchase additional Jagwear such as hoodies, caps and t-shirts for siblings, grandparents, and parents.

Last Year Players: Homeschool players that played on a NOAH team last year are given the option to get your name on the roster before Jan. 31st. Signups on Jan. 31st will be on first come, first serve basis. The reason for this is to twofold. First, we want to reward those players that have been in the NOAH program a spot on the team and secondly we want to keep the roster down to a maximum of 12 players or less. To reserve your name on a roster, you must email your birthdate, your current grade and the team you played on last year to me at baseball@noahjags.org or your last year's coach. If you commit early, you will still need to attend the sign-ups on Jan. 31 to turn your paperwork in, uniform sizing and pay your fees.
